OUR AIM
The JORC organisation is designed to ensure top-quality compressed air condensate management products at the best possible cost, the fastest delivery, and on-time payments. No competitor gets even close to this simple formula.
OWNERSHIP
On 1 February 2022, JORC was acquired by Ingersoll Rand Inc.
JORC was founded in 1991 by Marc and Joke de Bie.
On 31 December 1999, the ownership of JORC changed to the second generation of the family.

CUSTOMER POLICY
Our policy is to exceed the expectations of our customers. Certain policy targets are:
- Despatchment of products within 24 hours after receipt of order.
- All special product orders are to be dispatched within 2 weeks.
- To have the best price/quality relation.
- To supply all products at the highest quality level.
- To remain the largest one-stop-shop supplier of compressed air condensate management products in the world.
SALES STRATEGY
JORC's sales channels are through OEM's, distributors and dealers only. JORC does not sell to end users. Our policy ensures a clean line of supply from JORC to the end user, whereby the distribution network is not threatened by the manufacturer.
